This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with carpet cleaning. I called Quality Air directly from a Groupon ad for $71.50 which gives me a $165 value. Just to support small businesses, I asked the owner of Quality Air if he would prefer to honor that rate and I pay him directly rather than through Groupon.
After reviewing the carpet condition, the very professional tech calls to tell me the out the door price was $240. We negotiated down to $200. Afterwards, I get a call from the Quality Air owner, mind you, he sells these opportunities to other carpet cleaning companies. He is nothing more than an affiliate.
So he calls me and asks for $200. I told him I have a Groupon that we talked about. He then proceeds to tell me he doesn't care about the Groupon and that $200 is with the discount. He somehow tries to make me believe it's $360 and $200 is after the discount. I don't buy his BS. After 30 mins of going back and forth, we settle on what the real deal was supposed to be ($200-165 value = $35 + $71.50 Groupon = $106.50. I almost wanted to purchase the Groupon directly so they could take an extra 50% from him after he tried to swindle me.
Another note. I've gotten carpet cleaning 5-6 times with pet stains, heavy traffic stains, food stains, etc... and it's NEVER EVER been anywhere more than $150-200 for around 1200 sq ft of carpet, which this house is around that. Tech was very nice but doesn't work for Quality Air. The owner is a snake. Don't ever buy this.
