  • If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiancé purchased a 14/15 Sicon FRS from them this past March. From them. He just recently got a phone call from the sales guy Jerry this past week stating how his car is in high demand and they would like to purchase it back. He made an appt today to go get it purchased and get another vehicle. Only to drive 2 hours and sit there for 10 mins and be told that they don't have the money to purchase it right now. So I call ask to speak to Jerry but is transferred to Blake the sales manager. I explained the situation only to get a nasty attitude from him. The obviously know what my fiancé owes on the car because they had the file up and knew what car he had that they wanted to buy back. Furthermore I was hung up on. We will never return to such horrible service and customer service!!!!! Update: now three hours later my fiancé gets a phone call from Angela asking if he would like to come in this afternoon since he never came in this morning. Apparently my fiancé was suppose to see either Angela or Todd and was never directed their way instead he was turned away. The lack of professionalism and communication with this company is ridiculous! Update #2: as of 11/17/2017 My fiancé emailed Stacy and was set up to get problems on his car looked at. The mechanics there still rushed the whole process and pushed off other issues and ignored them. Then tonight we receive a call asking if "he is still interested in purchasing the Scion FRS because they have one in stock" DOES NO ONE AT THIS COMPANY COMMUNICATE? The amount of times we've had to repeat ourselves and misinformed staff is so ridiculous and unprofessional.
