  • Bought a condo with my husband a couple years ago. (Previously lived in these condos with my mom years before and we never had any issues with the previous company) The fee rises every year and they fine you for everything. Current problem we are having - we have two small-medium dogs. Our backyard isn't that large and we make an effort to pick up dog waste every other day. We have received a notice and now a fine for dog waste in the backyard - they send along a picture they've taken of our backyard and both times there were no more than 2-4 pieces of dog waste
