  • Came in today to look at a 2015 328i and had a great experience. If you read my previous review, you would know that I had a very horrible experience at the last dealership I visited. I came into Autowits and was instantly welcomed by Frank. I said I was here for the Bimmer and he gave me the keys to let me test drive it BY MYSELF!!!!! I had financing through Navy Federal so the numbers part was taken care of. Joey and Frank were very helpful and extremely nice throughout the process. The dealership is nice and small and it has a very comfortable feeling about it. Joey and Frank didn't hassle me, they weren't aggressive and they were fair on what they gave me for my trade. There was a chip in the paint and on the bumper. Frank said no worries bring it to me in the morning and I will have it fixed for you before the holidays roll around. I also requested that my windows be tinted too...done. I just would really like to say thank you Autowits for giving me an enjoyable car buying experience. I love my car , its beautiful. This was a graduation gift to myself and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Autowits!
