  • The best sushi...ever! A co-worker and I were scouting out restaurants to hold a corporate dinner later this summer. She suggested we stop by Enso and we tried a little bit of everything (well, it seemed as though we had just about everything on the menu...lol). The décor is so sexy. We looked at their private/semi-private event space and walked through the entire restaurant. I love the colors, the textiles and the overall feel of the restaurant. The service was great The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The food....was way beyond what I expected to find in Charlotte NC. We shared the Mongolian Beef, Rock Shrimp, Fried Rice, Szechuan Chicken, Sexy Salmon roll and the Chocolate Kahlua Cheesecake. Everything was flavorful but not overdone and I truly believe this was the best sushi I've ever had! I plan to visit Enso every single time I am in Charlotte!!!!!
