BEST customer service EVER. It's not fair that only people with bad experience come here and review - so I will add my experience to the flavor. Long story short, every single time I came in I had my problem completely resolved. First time I placed a huge order online( L sectional leather sofa and a set of bedroom furnitures), but my new house was still under construction so I walked into the store to make the holding request. It was no problem. Done. And they ended up holding the items for me for 5 months given they are final sales. After the sofa was delivered last Saturday, we found out the color of the right arm chair wasn't matching the rest of the pieces, so we walked into the store again, and they warmly welcomed us and scheduled an exchange of the whole thing After five months of holding! Then I was purchasing some smaller items online and accidentally bought a wrong item. The email representative helped my resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. Also each time I called their customer service I never had any bad experience. Of course these are all my personal experiences and opinions, but I'm just amazed at how great and consistent the customer service of a company can be since I've had horrible experiences at many other places. Definitely becoming a big fan.
