The purpose of this is to respond to DRAKE S's comments. ASSUMING you are really a legitimate customer, and not an employee that got recently fired --then, I am very sorry to hear that you got this impression on your visit. I really am not sure when you came in and what the circumstances were; but I assure you that this is not the case. The Dog House crew, as I can speak for all of them, are apparently happy to be where they work. I am not sure why you can be so definitive about your comments, since we have employees that keep on coming back to work for us for years. Previous employees even come back to help out or even just to visit.
Finally, we have implemented the "ticket policy" to ensure that the customers are being given their orders accurately.
