  • Made appointment for pick up to the airport, received confirmation, and no one ever showed up. When I called, the woman I spoke to was rude and said she could try to send someone out, but she had no idea where their drivers were and it could be 45 minutes or longer. I had to make alternate plans and will never call here again.
