  • I had to bring my sewing machine in to be serviced, since it was not working properly.I figured I had caused the problem by putting too thick of a thread in it. (This is my very first sewing machine, so I'm still learning the ropes) So I brought it it and talked with a guy named Pat, I believe he is the one in charge there. I told him my issue and what I think I did to cause it. He then yelled at me saying I can't put thick thread in this type of sewing machine. He was even more disgruntled when he found out it was under warranty. He was so rude and condescending to me. Then I go to use my machine once I picked it up after it was "fixed" and it was still having the same issue.The store looked like it would be a fun store to shop in for my different sewing needs, but after what happened I will never shop from them.
