Not surprised to see a low-ish star rating here. These guys are money hungry and don't care much about their members. I had my membership on hold for about 6 mo and when it came time to reinstate it, I called them twice and emailed as I wanted to keep it on hold for one more month since we are moving to a different location. I left a total of three voicemails and FINALLY got a hold of someone on May 2nd after they had conveniently charged me for the month. When they call me back to "help me out" they basically tell me they won't be able to do anything. Canceling my membership tomorrow. Yea the club is nice but when you've paid on time for two years and then get treated like that over one small issue, it becomes clear what they are really after. $$$$$
