  • I would give it a zero but that was not available. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP unless you want to be royally screwed!! It has taken me 3 months to get over the under-handed, misinformed, complete dishonest, and high- pressured salesmen treatment I encountered at this dealership. I went in this dealership out of good faith and honesty in November 2017. All I received in return was lies, more lies, and denial regarding the deal made between myself and the sales manager. I went in with two trade-ins. But, before I get into that, let me tell you this first. I was met by two salesmen, two sales managers, and later the accounts manager. I had 4 people talking at me. The deal I made with the manager was a trade-in for $6700.00 and the complete pay off of the other car. I had a cash deal with someone for $6500.00 for the first car, but the manager came back and said, "I will give you $6700 and pay off the 2nd car". I repeated what he stated, "you will give me $6700 for car 1 and pay completely off the 2nd car with no money out of my pocket or kick back", he without hesitation said, "yes", so I made the deal. Then, I was ushered into the account person to finalize the deal, and he also was a fast talker, telling me about an accident he had and how he was so lucky he got the GAP insurance. The next thing I know, I was signing all this paperwork. I got home after 7 hours of being high pressured and my head whirling. Got thinking a couple hours later about what had happened, and looked over the paperwork, and that is when it all hit me. I GOT ROYALLY SCREWED!! I was given $4000 for my first car and the 2nd car was paid but ONLY $8500, so they kicked back $4000 to me on the loan. I went back the next morning to discuss the findings and the sales manager, Nate Palmer would not talk to me. When he came over and I pulled out the paperwork for an explanation he walked away! So, when I cooled off about a month later, I wrote to the corporation in California explaining to them what had happened and my horrible experience with Peoria KIA. Then, and only then, did I receive a call from Nate Palmer (February 15, 2018) asking to rectify the situation. I called him back and told him to rectify the situation I wanted the GAP insurance removed from my loan and the balance of $2700 that was owed me. He stated that he can remove the GAP insurance but to refund the $2700 was not going to happen because I was, "upside down" for that 2nd car. The 2nd car blue book value was between $9000 - $12000 of course he denied it saying "well we cannot get that much for it on the auction block". So, the next day, myself and a friend went back to the dealership to sign a form to remove the GAP insurance and also to discuss the refund of the $2700. My friend understood what the manager did and explained to him, but he did not want to hear it. Nate was disrespectful, arrogant, belittling to both me and my friend, and denied knowing anything about the original deal made. When my friend tried to explain what the dealership did was wrong he looked at my friend and stated, "how do you know, you weren't even here", and then said to my friend, "you have made yourself comfortable". "What do you think I should do, cut you a check for $2700"? "That's not going to happen". And he kept saying, "you have had the car for 4 - 5 months now why are you just coming back"? First of all, I purchased the car on 11/18/2017 I went back the next morning. That is not 4 - 5 months, correct me if I am wrong, but it is not even 3 months. All of a sudden, he could remember things that I had said, but he could not remember the original deal that was made. Is that what they call selective memory? Matter-to-fact, by the time we left he was irate because he knew my friend was right. These people are ruthless and they don't give a damn about their customers. All they care about is the all mighty dollar and how and where they can pull a fast one! While me and my friend was at the dealership to solve this issue, there was an elderly man at the table next to us and the salesman was doing his fast talk to him. Another one fell to their scam! By-the-way, I was told because all the paperwork was signed there was nothing I could do. I know now that was not true! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP they are con-artists!!! Oh, by the way Kenny Clayton, I was asked by two different people about my experience with your dealership, and when they heard my story, they purchased three new vehicles elsewhere. A husband and wife and a single friend.
