Another Sub-Par Experience
This Futureshop/Best Buy is a bit of mixed bag as you don't know what kind of service you're going to get. More often than not, I've received poor service, but there have been a few good experiences.
Yesterday, I was hoping to find what I presume to be a very common and popular item, an Apple Lightning Cable. I found the under-stocked, disorganized shelf where most of the Apple products was, but not what I needed. I had to approach two workers too busy chatting to offer help and ask where the cables were. One of them led me to the same place I just was and said they should be there. I told him I didn't find them there and he said that's all we have. Maybe there's more upstairs. And then went back to talking to his co-worker.
I don't know if these workers no longer get commission for sales, but this was a very bad experience with little to no interest shown to the customer. I hope this location doesn't continue to go downhill now that they've fully converted to a Best Buy.
