After doing my own maintenance for the last 2+ years because of 'rip-off' concerns that I had with other 2 other companies (the guys that advertise all over town and on the radio...) (see my other reviews), I decided to outsource the work this year as I have ran out of time due to other obligations. I called A.T. and spoke with Brian and we had a great conversation. I realized immediately that I may actually be dealing with a reputable company for a change. We agreed to set an appointment for the Full Maintenance Service for both of my units. On the original day of the appointment, Shawn came to provide the service. Due to an emergency on my part, I had to change the appointment as Shawn was standing at my door. He was very obliging to my request and we changed the appointment to another day that would work better for me. On that day, he arrived on time and got started right away. He inspected my system thoroughly. When he was wrapping up the call with me, he went through in high detail the results of his work/findings and he had some recommendations but he made it clear that they were superficial and not critical to operation or reliability of my 8 year old units. Clearly, Airtime is in business to provide customer's with good, honest service and support and I want to thank them (Shawn and Brian) for pleasant experience that I had with them. I will be a customer for a long time from here on out.
