  • I have mixed reviews about this place, which is reflected on the multiple yelp pages they keep creating. They usually stem from a change in management, which is why I absolutely disagree with the last review, and that is my number one complaint. This management is incompetent and incapable of running the apartment complex. I have lived in 17 different apartments over years and I have never encountered such BS from a management team as I have from Albert and Sabrina. I have voicemails from Albert saying one thing, and then in person the rules are different because I came into the office too late. Sabrina admits to making up policies on leases regardless of whatever it says on the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. The two of them kept citing "Arizona law" yet when I asked them to show me where it says these things, I was told to look it up online - I had a copy sitting in my car, thanks. These two literally run the complex as if it were a sorority or fraternity. Instead of hosting happy hours and fiestas though, they should be concentrating on their business affairs, which is of very poor quality. For example, I was also excluded from all communication regarding the lease because I didn't reply back to their "get to know me" cards they sent out when they took over the apartment. Really? I didn't know that these cards took precedence over the forms of communication indicated on the lease. Here is another example. Similar to Mell on a previous review, I also just got an email letting me know that my renter's insurance needs to be updated within the next 3 days. MY LEASE ENDS FRIDAY. Are they planning on evicting me 2 days before my lease ends? I guess we'll find out. Many of the "policies" that these two try to enforce, or rather the way they try to enforce them are literally the most ridiculous acts I have ever encountered from a business - if you can even call it a business. Having been through 3 management turnovers since I leased this apartment, I can honestly say that these two are the worst. At least the 2 prior to them were professional and tried to work with you as opposed to making up BS. This apartment complex has been a burden since I moved in, and I cannot wait to be done with them on Friday. I will update on how that goes, because given the last year, I don't anticipate on a smooth transition.
