  • This place is a joke. From top to bottom. We reserved a table by the pool for 4 with 1 bottle for $500 at this "great new place" as suggested by a DJ friend of ours. The day before we called the reservation number and a guy called us back almost immediately. Everything seemed good at this point... then ...... We showed up at 10pm and requested the person we were told to ask for when we made the reservation. We got the run around for 30 minutes then were told by one of the hosts that the guy wasn't at work yet. Then the host turned around and walked away like that was it. We got his attention again and asked what we should do as we had a table reserved. Then he acted like "oh you have a table huh ?" checked his "list" and came back and said he found us but that we were booked for 2 bottles. Typical strong arm games at the front door. Of course we told him that we reserved with just one bottle and didn't need or want another one. I mean, there was only 4 of us.... were we really going to kill a 1/2 bottle of vodka each ? That's a ticket to the hospital. Completely unprofessional and reckless. I asked for a manager and he proudly announced he was the manager and take it or leave it like it was our fault or something. He tried telling us that they don't even take single bottle table reservations. Complete lie. In between this he would leave and help other people abruptly. By now an hour has gone by and it's 11:15pm. The guy who called us back from the club and booked this reservation showed up to work about then and low and behold the manager magically found us on the list as a single bottle reservation. After that mess we went in to get our table and they tell us that they're going to seat us next to the back bar (completely in the middle of the overflowing bar lines. This was a table you couldn't pay ME to sit at as other guests were constantly all around us leaning on the table. I grabbed our guy a minute later and told him this wasn't what we reserved and it just wouldn't do at all. The same manager guy came back up and had the balls to tell us it was because we got in so late and all the other tables, including the one we reserved was taken. Seriously ??? We were there over an hour ago getting dicked around by this same guy now telling us we got in late ? The club was good looking and the music was ok, but the entire way it's run makes it a NEVER RETURN place for me. Hopefully this will fail quickly and someone else will open up and run it right.
