So..... I had a pretty terrible experience here this past week. I called in an order on Wednesday evening, dinner for that evening and lunch for the following day. I ate my dinner that evening, taco salad and a side of beans, no prob. The next day I was eating the lunch portion - just the beans. I was just finishing the cup and of course took the final bite, when all of a sudden I bit into something solid. I spit it out and was surprised - I was staring at a small metallic ball!! I scraped around and found a SECOND small metallic ball!!! I immediately called Frank & Finas and asked for a manager. I was told there wasn't one on site so I explained the situation to the person answering the phone. They put me on hold and then Fina picked up. Her response astounsed me: "well, you should have kept it.. What do you want me to do?" I informed her that I DID keep it and would be bringing it to her after work. When I got there the hostess had pulled my receipt from the night before and asked if I wanted a Gift Card or my cash back.... Ummm, I really just want to know what the heck I put in my mouth and how the heck it got there. Ultimately, I settled for my money back with no explanation and not even an apology from the owner.
My suggestion for the owners and management of this establishment is to take a course in customer service. A simple explanation and apology would have went a really long way here!
