  • I have never experienced such a horrible rental experience before. This office is pretty much on another planet where they are completely in reachable. Their telephone number doesn't ever get answered and even their customer support people can't reach them. I have been trying to extend my rental for 3 days now and I have absolutely no way to speak to anyone and am very dissapointed with their lack of ability for customers support. After 45 no answered calls I am left with no choice but to drive an hour to their office. Never renting here again.
