Avoid at all cost. I should have known better when I let the door to door sales man in. The service started out good but my trouble starts after my business relocated me. Now I was outside of Greenleafs service area and even though I notified them of the change this morning I got a bunch of forwarded bills saying they going to put me in collections because I haven't been paying for service..... That hasn't been happening..... AT A HOUSE I NO LONGER LIVE. It's not their fault I was moved but it's not mine either and if it was going to be and issue they could have responded to my letter a long time ago.
Bad business practice. Bully sales tactics and then resorting to shady debt collector style harassment. My advice to any would be clients is to avoid Greenleaf at all cost.
I will keep posted is something changes, I'm going to send them some additional correspondence today.
Response: Seriously? 8 months later someone from your company finally decides to get back to me and you do it through a Yelp response. Is early termination fee your term for owing the full balance of the agreement? Because for months after moving out I was still being billed the full value of services not being provided. Not until almost a year later did a bill finally show an early termination fee on top of the other charges. Never mind I have called, written, reviewed and you are first person to respond. It's insane to me that you guys could literally ignore me for this long. Customer service is lost on you guys.
