I travel to Las Vegas a lot and I have to say this is one of the few negative dining experiences I have had on the strip. I went here for lunch this past Saturday to find a hair in my food. Absolutely disgusting. I didn't make a scene and was polite about it as I know things happen, assuming the situation would be remedied. After waiting for my new hairless plate and finishing my meal, I was stunned to see that there was nothing taken off my check, especially after the manager knew what had happened. I asked for the manager and told him POLITELY that I would not expect to pay full price when my meal had hair in it and I had to wait until my friend was finished with her food until I got mine. His response was "I tell you what, I'll give you a 15% locals discount." Really? Do the locals also generally get hair in their food? I thought the situation was handled very poorly and I will never return to Holsteins.
