  • This is one of my favorite spots in Phoenix. What a great place to spend a morning (before it gets too hot!). Plan on doing some walking though because you can add up several miles looking at all the displays. Stay hydrated and take your time so you don't miss anything. If you are new to Arizona and the desert, this is a perfect way to get a peek at all the variety we have here. On my first visit I was surprised by all the historical info in the exhibits. I learned a lot and this is now a must when family comes to town! Catch the butterfly exhibit with the kids and you are an instant hero. :)
