I had dinner at Hugos with 4 coworkers. The atmosphere is very cool old school Vegas. The service was excellent. The personally built salad at the table was very good. I had the rack of lamb and split half and half with a coworker who had the prime rib. The prime rib was tough, not very flavorful and was served between room temperature and warm. The rack of lamb was pretty good but not great as it was also tough, not very warm and not very flavorful. The dessert tray had chocolate covered strawberries that were pretty green and the blueberry tart was just ok. For the price and having entres that were said by the waiter, were two or their top three items, I expected more.
