  • Terrible scam artists. First they offered 40% off teeth whitening for only $210 with custom trays (called two times to ask questions and make sure and talked with Cindy who confirmed not only once but TWO times that the deal included trays whitening and boosters). On the day of the appointment we walked into the office and Danielle told us it was going to cost us $350 which was an immediate red flag considering we made an appointment for this and they knew we were coming in for the special... She tells us to email her the coupon (which is literally on their website and anyone can see so why do I have to email it???). After emailing her the coupon my brother goes back for his whitening treatment and comes out with no tray no nothing just whitened teeth. We then ask Danielle why we didn't get the trays and she tells us that's not included in the deal! She told us that the custom trays are an extra $200 on top of the $210 we already paid for whitening. Well now I called out Cindy who reassured me two times that I would be getting everything for $210. She even claimed in front of her manager, "I didn't know it didn't include the trays" and guess what Danielle does... Absolutely nothing. She offers us nothing, tells us that she needs to inform her workers, and we left extremely upset, ripped off, and our time wasted. We've been going here for at least 2 years and this is how they treat their customers by scamming and lying to them!? At all costs do not go here they have attitude, know nothing about the services they are offering, do not compensate for making major errors, and more importantly do not value you as a paying customer.
