  • Just opened up my dry cleaned winter coat that I picked up yesterday - probably should have taken a closer look - and smell - before I paid. The faux fur, which was straight, now looks as if someone took a mini hair crimper to it. One of the metal pulls is missing from the waist tightener, and the now visible frayed end of the cord looks sad and ruined. The worst part, however, is that my coat now smells like an infusion of Dawn dish soap and a gallon of cheap cologne. I almost gagged at the odor. Thanks for not only damaging my $160 coat that I bought less than 4 months ago, but for assaulting my senses. Given what other people have said about the bad customer service when there is a problem, I don't feel strongly about coming in to let someone know. I just won't be coming back.
