  • This Home Depot location is rather blah for the most part ... I've never really had a great experience here. I've actually only stopped at this particular location strictly out of mere convenience, because I'm nearby @ either Sam's Club or Sam's Gas Station... The employees @ this particular location seem less competent and less willing to help you than by the Home Depot closer to my home, which is why I try to stay away from this one ... It literally feels like you are inconveniencing the staff here when you ask them a question about something or need help .... There was one particular instance when there was a grill on sale that I wanted to purchase and they were out of stock, so I asked an associate if I could just buy the floor model ... He refused, which I found to be odd - who passes on a sale for a few hundred $$? So, I told him to get a manager over here, so I could ask them, and of course they said that would be fine... Another time I bought a case of light bulbs and several of the bulbs didn't work ... So they were either damaged or someone returned old bulbs ... Who knows right? It's a fairly clean store, the staff is not the most reliable, and at the end of the day you will probably be better off going to another location, especially if you need assistance with something of significance...
