  • BROKE MY RADIO/AIR BUTTONS AND DASH LIGHTS !! DONT GO HERE! First off I was told that stain removal isn't guarenteed and of course I undestood That but when one of the employees told me that soda stains are unlikely to come out but on the other hand coffee we usually can get out. Let me tell you my seats don't even look like they been touched when all there is is water spill. Then when I received my vehicle back all my sensors on my dash were going crazy n flashing n going off and my radio or air didn't work. This employee went something or did something to mess these things up and won't admit to it. I have never dealt with any problems like this with my car before or such bad costumer service. When I called The employee told me to "wait and hour for it to dry out then see" when my carpets or seats weren't even wet I knew Something went wrong on his end. I talked to the manager and all he had to say was i have to take it into a shop so they can prove it's our responsibility. Now I'm stuck paying another $130 for a diagnostic. This place deserves 0 stars.
