Very disappointed. I always use online check-in because it means very little to no wait. It showed a 15 minute wait this past weekend so we got there around 15 minutes after check-in so on time. A lady walked in right before us and she didn't check in online. After she checked in, I informed the stylist that we checked in online. She told me it would be a 15 minute wait as the lady was before us. I told her we checked in online so we should be helped first and she said that is not how it works, that online check-in means that you check in but that walk-ins who arrive before us would be helped before us. So why check in online if it's the same as walk-ins? It is the first time that this happened, every other time we "jumped" the line over walk-ins when we checked in online. That's the whole idea behind checking in online.
Then another stylist gave my son a really bad haircut. She was nice especially compared to the first stylist but my son's hair looks like I've cut it. It is clearly uneven and there are gaps. Unfortunately because she "spiked" his hair, we only noticed it after his shower. I'd rather drive further to another Great Clips or pay the extra money to go next door to Snip Its.
