rev:text	If I could do NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. 1 was the lowest Lets start w/the fact they don't answer the phone. ANY PHONE. THEN after a day, while I am respectful of housekeeping and throw my trash in the containers and keep my used towels together in the bathroom, I come back after working and there is more trash on the floor than I left this morning! They emptied the trash cans , dropping bits along the way. They made the bed - have not changed the sheets in 4 days. One day I even found a napkin INSIDE the bed which i had inadvertently left. They just made the bed with the napkin in it! Today I come in , NO TOWELS, a USED TOWEL on THE FLOOR. The DO NT DISTURB SIGN on the floor. FILTHY bathroom, no shampoo. NO VACUUM, this is a disgrace. AC not working (fair enough it was record heat) Front desk clerk takes my room # when I tell him the room needs cleaning at 6:45pm because it was dirtier than I left it. He looks at me BLANKLY . I assumed he'd call housekeeping but 15 mins later he says "oh yeah. Housekeeping's gone home" WHEN WERE YOU GONNA TELL ME THIS? I ask for towels, shampoo, coffee, etc he hands it to me (NOT OFFERING TO BRING IT UP) then I carry it all and drop my cell phone (it did NOT break) ON DAY ONE, I call down and ask how to use the remote. Blonde girl at desk says, "I dunno - ill send someone" I figured it out before someone came. ALL IN ALL this place is RIDICULOUS!!!! NO it's not expected to be amazing. It's a Best Western But I have stayed at many Best Westerns and THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THE FRONT DESK ARE FOOLS. HOUSEKEEPING is ANYTHING BUT! WHAT A JOKE! DO NOT STAY HERE. IT"S DISGUSTING. And the free breakfast??? NO!! Go to Hampton Inn.
