I did not have a good experience with this company. I am a remote landlord and had a situation where the drains throughout the house were backed up. I asked that they go out and snake the system. I was contacted by my tenant later that evening and was advised that the plumber was running a camera through the system...a service that I did not request and for which they did not call me to get approval. After leaving, I was advised that the sinks in the bathroom were still draining slowly but the rest of the house seemed fine. The plumber returned the next day and recommended using a compressed air system to blow the lines clear. He did this and left.
I was contacted again by my tenant later that evening and advised that the plumber had left a mess throughout the house from the compressed air treatment and had left without talking with anyone. I was also advised that the sinks were still draining slowly...and eventually stopped flowing altogether. My tenant contacted the plumber directly and left a voice mail. Naturally, he was upset and sounded so on the phone. When I contacted Donny the next morning, I was told that they would not work with me any more and would not go out there again due to my tenant's comments and was hung up on.
A call to another plumber quickly resolved the sink issue using a snake.
I think Donny and Chris are probably good plumbers but they are awful at customer service. They (probably correctly) blamed the tenant for the clog and me (probably incorrectly) for not being there to manage the situation. All I wanted was to get the drains flowing again and an apology for some of the problems we encountered but they were unwilling to do so.
Based upon my experience, I would not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
