  • We were in town visiting and our niece wanted to get her hair cut. She said she heard really good things about this salon. When we walked in, we had four hairdressers notice us as we walked in. Not one of them greeted us or said anything to us. Finally one with a customer turned around and asked if we had an appointment. My niece informed her she just wanted a hair cut. The lady was like, let me ask around and see if anyone is available for a haircut. You could see everyone she asked, shake their head no. She came back and let us know. What's good hair salon when you have absolutely crappy customer service? I was disappointed to even walk in there with my niece. I would never take her there again.
