  • Rahier is one of my favourite places for pastries and bread. I first discovered some of their goods carried at Pusateris at Bayview Village but they would often run out of stock...so I thought I'd track down the source! The tortillons, a perfectly sweet, twisted ribbon-like pastry is to die for...as well as their figure-8, a lightly crisped yet fluffy pastry with a touch of custard. Rahier also has amazing bread. Their rosemary bread could very well be my favourite!
