  • Amazing amazing amazing !!!! This hair salon is nothing but amazing ! I contacted Kelly (the owner) about an issue that I had and she was so professional and did everything in her power to resolve my issue. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of . Kelly (the owner ) knows the true meaning of EXCELLENT customer service. I have never in my whole life EVER encountered such professional and humble business owner. She honestly resolved my issue In a way that no other salon would of ever resolved. Most of us know that if we ever have an issue at a salon or in any place most owners are either nonchalant or too prideful to care. Well luckily Las Vegas has a hair salon with an owner like Kelly that truly cares 100000% and will do everything to make you happy. Belle M is the goddess and the QUEEN of color correction! I was blessed enough to have belle repair my hair and let me tell you she is the most humble, patient, kind and detail oriented hair stylist EVER! She took her time with me 8hours yes 8 hours not to mention that in that time she never took a break and didn't even eat ! I went in at 1 PM and left like at 8:30 PM. I have super super super thick heavy hair and many hair stylists run form my hair lol but Belle she took her time and did everything in such professionalism that I have never experienced. I felt bad that she didn't ever sit and she was so humble about everything. Honestly if I could I would hire her as my personal hair dresser for life !! She puts her soul and heart into her work. Oh and BTW she had the most gentle hands I fell asleep a couple times during the process The Hair Standard is More than a salon! It is a place where exceptional customer service is granted , where your wishes come true , and where you can rest assured that your desires will be met at a high standard ! And 100% this salon has set a HAIR STANDARD for Las Vegas City ! If you want exceptional service with high quality customer service this is the place to go. I added pictures of before and after !
