I bought my car a month ago. I couldn't find my paper to see when my car payment is. I called to talk to Ted since he was my finance person. He clearly isn't competent. I asked a simple question when my payment was due because I couldn't find my paper. He said well don't you have your paper. I said, "NO, this is why I'm calling you!" Hellooooo. When I got my car he said my payment was due in September I remember that. Now he said its due in October. You should be more polite to your customers and not have such a grumpy attitude! That would be nice!!!
Also, WHY does this dealership keep trying to call me about buying a car??? I already bought one. Leave me the hell alone!
