  • Don't ever book a flight with this company especially if you are traveling with kids. Worst experience I ever had. I had 4 and a half our delay in my first flight coming back home, then I have been told that I need to wait for 2 days in Charlotte if I want to fly back to Vegas, since they do not work with any other company. I took a flight to Arizona that also had a 3 hrs delay. When we wanted to board on this flight I had to wait 20 min with my kids sleeping on my hands before they let me board because of their recent policy changes so called.Got to Arizona 2:30 am and drove back home. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!!!!!
