love this class! the instructors really take the time to explain each movement and pose, and for the "all levels" class - which is perfect for beginners - they offer many variations. I was nervous when I first decided to try it out since I have just been doing Yoga for a little over 6 months, I didn't know how well I would do. But as long as you have decent upper/lower/core body strength, you will do just fine. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!
