  • After downsizing from a 4BR, 3 car garage house of many years, I was fortunate to find such a comfortable, safe and convenient location to land during the past seven months. The pool and grounds are kept clean. My 7 year old grandson and I take advantage of the adjacent "lake", where we have lots of fun catching catfish. It is quiet, even with the occasional daytime sounds of young, laughing and playing school children. The other residents and the staff, including maintenance workers, are always friendly, especially Kylee Brower, who signed me up, and whom I've had most of my dealings with. I would recommend it to others.
