  • Price very decent, customer service has its ups & downs, quality of work over-all quite good. I ended up with water damage on my company phone, finding out that I could get a used one for about $200 or a new one for $240 if I were willing to take a trip to the US, so a co-worker recommended this place. I was given a quote of $100 + tax for water damage repair, and was told that if any parts needed to be repaired, that I would get a call and would be given an over-all quote for the repair. A day after I dropped my phone off, I received a text and an e-mail telling me that my phone was repaired (I was quoted 2 days, so I was happy it got repaired faster than initially promissed). When I went to pick it up, I noticed I was being changed another $30 for repair on the mic of the phone, which I was never consulted with. The person who was checking me out told me that the person who worked on my phone was new, and hadn't followed their process and offered to charge me the originally agreed upon $100 + tax. Then on my way out, I tried turning my phone on and unlocking it, realizing that my password that I had provided them with no longer worked. The person who cashed me out called the technician who had worked on my phone, who said that he had changed the password as the phone asked him to change it when he inserted his SIM card in it. The person at the front desk told him that that's something that the customer needs to be communicated, and once again pointed out that he was a new guy. The only other thing I noticed is that there are a few white dots throughout the screen of the phone, however seeing as their screen repair costs on their website mention a price tag of $200, I am going to live with it. I was also told that the repair comes with a 3 month warranty, which I find to be reassuring. All-in-all, while they do have some room for improvement in terms of training and/or making sure that their new employees follow their process, I am happy with my experience at this venue since I paid a reasonable price for a reasonable service.
