  • Visited for the first time this past weekend. Had a shellac mainicure. The shellac brand they use is a cheap knock off brand, seemed to be ok once it was applied. She did a fairly good job, although I am interested to see just how long it will last. My only complaint is that there is a "special price" if you pay cash, and you can only leave a cash tip...their explaination for this..."so we don't pay taxes". Correct me if I'm wrong but is that not illegal??? I understand that this may be standard practice for most nail salon's but it still feels a bit wrong to me. Would not go back simply for this fact.....
