  • Our AC broke friday morning. The first person we had coming to fix it canceled on us. I called AC Solutions at 3 pm friday afternoon and was given an appointment for between 4pm & 8pm. Michael called me at 7:30 and told me he was on his way and that he would be here in half an hour. He arrived when he said he would. He did some diagnostics testing to see what the problem was. He came back told us what the problem was and what it was going to cost to fix. They had all the parts they needed with them and had our Ac back up and running within an hour. The Ac is quieter than it was before and I swear the air is also colder than before, even though my husband says it's not..lol Micheal was very nice and professional and they got the work done as fast as possible since we were in the middle of Aug in Az!
