  • I definitely had a bad first impression when I came here. I called to ask what the latest I could get there was as I was a new donor & the guy on the phone stated as long as I was in the door before 5pm (when they close), I was OK. When I arrived it definitely did not feel like they wanted me to be there. The people were not very friendly besides the nurse and the phlebotomist. Since my first donation the process is much quicker and everyone that I have come across who works there has been nice. Overall the center is clean and the process is easy!
