  • Apartments are nice but lots of turnover with staff and a lot of confusion surrounding their leases. Have fun trying to get out of your lease early, by far one of the worst rental experiences I've had. Leasing offices are regularly understaffed and closed even when the hours say they're open. I'm glad I'm moving out and going with another rental company. Thankfully there are a lot of options in the Madison area.
