  • Terrible service!! This place used to have a lovely young man who worked hard to make sure the customer was always satisfied. The last few times I have gone, it has been an older gentleman who just wants to get your money and get you out of the store. Today is the last straw. I went to pick up two jackets and they both still had stains on them. I had told him about the stains yesterday when I dropped them off, but he refused to give me anything to mark the stains with so that they would know what to be on the lookout for. He kept saying, "yeah, don't worry" I showed him hat the stains were still there today and asked him to please run the jackets again to try to get the stains out. The answer? "No" This was after he had already run my credit card, of course. I pointed out that they are a dry cleaners handing me back stained clothing and refusing to even try to remove the stain. His response? "Call and complain if you want." I have been a loyal customer for years, but no more!! This place no longer cares about actually providing a service, just getting your money.
