  • THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES....EVER!!!! I have tried calling this office every day for more than 10 days. I get this automated message about how staff is busy on other calls and to please hold. I waited for over an hour on two occasions and no one ever picked up the phone. On the other attempts I stayed on hold for 30-45 minutes. Not sure how they stay in business with the abysmal customer service.
