  • I've been holding out on my review until I got a "feel" for this location, but since my day 1 back in January, I have wanted to give this place 5 starts. It is absolutely amazing. The staff are excellent, the environment is warm and welcoming, and the location is perfect for Sun Prairie (Class and then errands!). Everyone is quick to answer emails, questions, or give tips along the way. It took me about 2 months to settle into the "community" feel and now I change it up between hot yoga and Barre Amped 4-5 days a week and I'm starting to get to know some of my "regulars." And my instructions always greet me by name :) The membership is a little on the expensive side, however in comparison to other gym memberships I've paid, I get way more use out of this one due to the variety of classes and teaching styles offered. Don't forget your mat, towel and water bottle!
