Went to Vegas for my wife's birthday in August and stayed 3 nights. First when we went to check in they said there was only a handicapped accessible room and smoking rooms available even though I had booked a NON smoking room a month before. I HATE handicapped rooms and refused to take either one. After asking to speak to a manager and a little bit of a wait he magically was able to find a non smoking regular room. The room was nice enough, some things had some wear and in need of updating but overall the room was OK for the money. The problem was with the construction noise at 6am in the morning for all 3 days, the service at the desk and the LAME excuse for a pool they have. There are 2 SMALL rectangle pools on the 6th floor with10X more concrete than there is pool and they are ICE COLD!. There is a reason there are no pictures of the pool on their website. I complained at the front desk about the construction noise and the pools being so cold, they apologized said there were no more rooms available and they would look into why the pool was so cold. On the plus side its in a good location is fairly cheap but I wish we would of stayed somewhere else. I will not visit again.
