rev:text	I called IN-Town Floor Services on a Saturday afternoon. Bobby said he could come out the next day. Over the phone I received a ballpark quote and timeframe after giving him an approximate square footage of the tile I wanted cleaned. He arrived on Sunday exactly on time, and after getting accurate measurements, gave me my final quote. He was very knowledgeable about what my particular floor would need, and didn't try and upsell me on anything I didn't need. The quote was fair, and I was pleased before he ever began. He said it would take about 4 hours. Now, Bobby was working on my floors for quite a bit over the 4 hour approximation he gave me. A little backstory, my tile was atrocious. The previous owner had put layers and layers of wax on my ceramic tile, and it was VERY difficult to remove. He worked a whole day on my tile and made it as close to perfect as it could get given the horrible condition it was left in. And still he wasn't happy with the final condition. He was on his hands and knees scraping up little spots of wax that just wouldn't come up out of the tile. He packed up all his gear and cleaned up all the mess created by the excess wax. We went to settle the bill, and he didn't charge me a penny extra for all the extra work he had to do. The extra chemicals he had to use. The wear and tear on his machines that my floors inflicted on his equipment. He stuck to the quote. I HIGHLY recommend IN-Town Floor Services. Bobby is absolutely amazing, and I will certainly use him again. Both me and my girlfriend commented to each other how hard working, and nice he was to deal with. One of the best experiences I've had with a small business owner. Thanks, Bobby!
