While stopping in Pittsburgh on my way back from Ann Arbor I went to Primanti Bros. After demolishing that massive sandwich you would think I was done. I was not. Went to walk off the sandwich before resuming my drive home. As I walked through Pittsburgh's Strip District I spotted a doughnut shop. Since I know zip about this area I decided to explore their sweet offerings. I walked in and was delighted to see fresh small doughnuts coming out of the fryer. I then saw the flavor board and knew I was buying a dozen. I selected the following flavors: blueberry frosted; Boston crime; Samoa; s'mores; coconut; caramel cinnamon; and salted caramel with pretzel. I ate the blueberry before driving home. OMG I wish I bought a dozen of this flavor. Warm and perfectly made the blueberries literally popped into my mouth. The rest waited until I got home. I then had the Samoa which is exactly as it sounds the Girl Scout cookie in a doughnut. Nirvana in every bite. My Daughter tried the Boston Creme and asked why I only bought a dozen. My wife said the coconut was heavenly as well. The next morning I had the caramel cinnamon which was a mouth watering delight and held its freshness. The s'mores and the salted caramel were also hits. The next time I am in Pittsburgh I'm coming back and getting more than a dozen!
