  • I don't understand the negative reviews, sounds like bitter grapes to me. I have lived here 7 years and have had no bugs/rodents. (Maybe someone should clean their apartment?) Pretty quiet, and neighbors are nice. Rent prices have went up quit a bit in past few years is my only complaint. But it's worth it for the convenient location and amenities.
