  • Let me preface this review by saying that if I didn't have a baby in child care here I would give the place 5 stars. The long and short of it is I was a member for many years and loved it. I ended up canceling my membership after they left my 8 month old son in a dirty diaper for an hour while crying hysterically. They never called for me because they didn't know his diaper was dirty because they never picked him up to try to comfort him. For an hour. His diaper rash left his skin raw and bleeding. When I brought it up to the manager they didn't even apologize. In fact, I got the impression that these types of complaints were fairly commonplace. Since childcare was important to me and theirs is severely lacking for young kids, we cancelled.
