  • One of the worst places and areas in Vegas to live. Management lets everyone in. Lots of druggies, homeless everywhere, and dangerous happenings at least once a week. No wonder the cops make daily rounds. They only renovated the clubhouse while our apts still look horrible and are still falling apart. Management and maintenance are horrible at responding to requests. There's so much noise and you have to share a washer and dryer with the entire complex. The washers and dryers are absolutely disgusting and are constantly breaking down. Don't let the new name and stock photos online fool you. Also, I live right next to a drug dealer so there are about 50 different people that come in and out where I live. My apt always smells like weed. This is not a safe place to live especially if you're raising children. I cannot wait until my lease is up.
