  • I was eagerly anticipating this opening as I work right around the block and love Cornish Pasty Co. It seemed like they took forever to open but they finally did and I was psyched! I avoided going there for the first few weeks as I heard it was a bit crazy and unorganized. I have been there twice for lunch and once for early dinner/happy hour. The food is pretty much the same, delicious as always. My favorite is still the veggie chicken tikka pasty. The service is very chill and friendly, just like the other locations. The atmosphere is very special. It is an old, historic building and has three very cool levels and a nice patio for people watching. The basement is my favorite. It reminds me of a speakeasy. My only complaint is they do not have a happy hour. We went there thinking there would be and we were disappointed to be informed they don't have one "yet". They need to work on their happy hour game! Us downtown workers love to get our drink on and we love our happy hour so hop to it Cornish Pasty Company!
